EQ-100

The continuous melting process can utilize raw materials with varying properties to produce transparent quartz tubes and rods of excellent appearance and dimensions, while thermal treatment allows adjustment of the OH content. It is suitable for manufacturing quartz components for electric light sources such as mercury lamps and halogen lamps, as well as for electrically heated outer tubes, semiconductor materials, and optical fiber preforms.

EQ-200

Quartz ingots produced by the flame fusion method can be processed into transparent quartz wafers, square plates, flanges, and other components, which are used in applications such as optical windows and semiconductor‑grade quartz parts.

EQ-300

Low‑hydroxyl quartz tubing, rods, or sheets produced by the vacuum electric fusion process exhibit extremely low OH levels (below 3 ppm), meeting the requirements of small‑batch and custom‑specification applications, and are used as materials for metal‑halide lamps and semiconductor quartz components.
