1. Shortwave single-tube/dual-hole quartz lamp
It is widely used in various fields that require rapid heating, such as the automotive, plastics, leather, and printing industries, and is also frequently employed as a heat source for furnaces in the semiconductor and solar‑energy sectors.
Short-wave quartz lamps use a tungsten filament with a support ring as the radiating element, enclosed within a quartz glass envelope. Their wavelength range is 0.8–1.8 micrometers, with peak emission at 1.2 micrometers.
2. Medium-wave single-tube/dual-hole quartz lamp
It is widely used in industrial drying and various other applications, such as papermaking and glass manufacturing. Medium-wave quartz lamps employ iron-chromium-aluminum resistance wire as the heating element, with wavelengths ranging from 2.2 to 3.5 micrometers.

3. Carbon Fiber Quartz Heating Lamp Tube
